Admin Cum Customer Service Officer 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Manage the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.

- Monitor customer accounts. 

- Create and send quotations to customers. 

- Answer calls coming into the helpdesk and respond accordingly. 

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.

- Identify the issue encountered by the customer and open the right support ticket in the system.

- Coordinate with maintenance support team to resolve clients' concern.

- Monitor and follow up on all outstanding support ticket. 

- Follow-up and update customer status and information. 

- Candidates with Customer Service or helpdesk background are preferred. 

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in any field. 

- Relevant working experience in customer services or helpdesk. 

- IT Proficiency in office applications such as Microsoft, excel etc. 

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently and closely with internal and external parties.
